Dear Mr. Cornish:

AMAZING, EXTRAORDINARY AND JUST SO DARN RELIABLE … these are just a few words I would use to describe your Services Division.

All too often, people write letters when they have a ‘problem’ or they are not happy with the level of service that they have received.

Yet, it isn’t all that often that someone will take the time to write the owner of a business a letter praising the ‘good work’ they have received; and making sure those who provided it are recognized.

A little background on why I am writing you this letter. Recently I purchased a new boat, a 28’ Albemarle Express Fisherman from a broker / dealer of Albemarle’s in New Jersey. In doing so, I closed the books on a ‘dream’ that I have wanted since 2005.

After I made the long trip back from New Jersey in the boat to Buzzards Bay, MA, I heard an ‘audible alert’ – without any visual indications, as to the nature of the alarm.

A couple of days later, I called Catherine and asked for her ‘advice’ about this ‘audible’ alarm. Her 1st suggestion was a ‘temp alert’ or “overheating” – yet the dash gauges all read within normal limits. Well … she was right!

Mr. Cornish, the level of service and professionalism I have received in the past week from Catherine DeSilva, your Services Manager and Skylar Race, one of your mechanics was worthy of my effort to write this letter, totally unsolicited.

Let me first recognize Catherine. For all the years that I have been coming to Atlantic Boat, Catherine is the one person that has kept me coming back. Simply put … Catherine’s ability to develop relationships is like no one I have ever met. She always goes out of her way to provide me with great customer support and service!

Catherine assigned Skylar Race to work on my boat. I quickly learned that Skylar takes a lot of pride in doing a “great” job … and that doing a ‘good’ ‘job in his ‘words’ was simply not good enough. And that is exactly what he did … a GREAT job. Mr. Cornish, please “thank” Skylar for me again, I am so grateful!

You are so lucky to have people like Catherine and Skylar working for you. My experience with Atlantic Boats this week has truly been nothing short of a ‘World Class’ experience.

The actions of both Catherine and Skylar I believe, is a direct reflection on how you run your business. Top-down leadership and buy in from employees who provide services like this are what every customer wants!

I truly could not be more satisfied.
