Hard to Find Customer Service Like This!

Nice to had met you briefly Friday afternoon.
I just felt a need to speak up and sing the praises of Megan in your Service Department. I had met Megan earlier in the week while bringing in my skiff with 30 hp Suzuki which had been running somewhat erratically and needed a technicians attention. Megan(I don’t know her last name), listened to my issues with the outboard, and my needs and hopes for resolution. I was so impressed that she accomplished exactly what she expected in a very timely fashion. Hard to find Customer Service like this….cordial and succinct.
Solution was covered under warranty and I couldn’t be happier.
Atlantic Boats can be proud, and you, Catherine, run a department with terrific customer centric methods. Thank you.
