The best service experience I’ve had
I have been a customer of Atlantic Boats since it first opened its doors. John helped me get a wreck of a boat running and on the water. Since then I have purchased two boats from them; both transactions were smooth and I was very satisfied. When I bought the first boat, we decided to keep it at a slip at the Stonebridge Marina and have been there ever since,about 18 years. Maintenance on both boats has been through Catherine, whom I have known now for roughly the same amount of time.
The best service experience I’ve had was when a coil went bad on my way to the Vineyard.
I called Catherine and they had a trailer waiting for me, diagnosed the problem and had me back on my way the next day. Both John and Catherine have treated me very fairly and with respect. We have watched each other’s kids grow up. I also want to give special thanks to Bob and Jessica at the Stonebridge Marina, who are exceptional at helping out where needed.
