When both of my children were making their own purchases this year, I noticed that they were not buying the same name brands that my husband and I always bought for them. Their response was that these items were less expensive. Well, of course I gave them the same advice that I would tell my customers. The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten!

Investing in quality items saves you money. You may pay more upfront, but the products are more durable, will last longer overtime, not needing replacement as often. Don’t be penny wise and a pound foolish! Our Parts Department has plenty of stock available this spring for all makes and models. Visit our Marine Store for all your boating needs!

It is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS by return date, once we receive your form!

My compass says… if you have ever oriented with a compass and navigated a boat you know that every move planned is based upon magnetic North. Visualize compass navigation without magnetic North. Probably not possible. A simple analogy to quality would be to imagine navigating towards a process output without specific customer goals and requirements. Probably not. In order for this to happen, we would have to define and agree to navigate towards Quality Service and Satisfaction, make course corrections along the way and stay on course! – (my .02 Cents)
